The choice offered is big and varied, as the cuisine here inevitably follows a seasonal rhythm.

Amongst the starter you will find: the typical ligurian vegetable pies, the traditional "capponada", the rediscovered "panissa" (a tipical polent di farina di ceci). Cauliflowers gratin with walnuts, and in spring you can stuff yourselves withlocal fave and homemade salame.

Amongst the main couses, the famous Pansoti stand out - Filled with wild herbs harvested in the sorrounding fields and dressed with walnuts sauce. The "picagge matte" (crazy picagge) made of walnut flour in pesto sauce, tagliatelle alla boscaiola, ravioli with the tipical ligurian meatball red sauce. Furthermore, you will be able to taste seasonal treats like artichokes, asparagus, olives etc. All different pastas are fresh and homemade in house.

The second courses features selections of meat, vegetables and mushrooms. From oven-baked rabbit to wildboar and lamb, Genoese cima, typical stuffed vegetable "alla ligure" and the recently "rediscovered" stocchefisso and rich choce of mushrooms when in season.

The dessert "chapter" includes: puddings, panne cotte with walnuts, berries, crostate with home-made jams, apple-piers, amaretti and homemade tiramisù.
